Houston Symphony League Bay Area (HSLBA) will hold a general
meeting on May 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (check-in will begin at
9:15 a.m. –arrivals before check-in time must wait outside). The
meeting will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church,
18300 Upper Bay Road, Nassau Bay.
There will not be a musical program nor refreshments. Please do
not invite/include guests at this meeting.
Members must be checked-in and COVID protections will be
required:
1. Face Mask
2. Temperature Check
3. Screening Questions
4. Inquiry/documentation re. COVID vaccine*
5. Social Distancing
a. Attendees are asked to maintain appropriate distancing while
socializing
b. Pews are marked with blue tape to maintain the 6 ft. distance
The purpose of this meeting will be to provide HSLBA members
with updated information related to the developments between
HSLBA and the Houston Symphony Orchestra. A question-and-answer
period will follow the presentation. We anticipate a vote
following the Q&A; paper ballots will be provided –please bring
a pencil or pen to complete your ballot.
Your attendance is encouraged and very important. Please confirm

St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church (18300 Upper Bay Road, Nassau Bay, TX) is on Upper Bay Road a few blocks from NASA Road 1 just a little way past our previous meeting location.
The Houston Symphony League Bay Area (HSLBA) is a dream realized by Fran Strong and Selma Neumann, the first presidents.
Chartered in 1976 under the auspices of the Houston Symphony, its mission is to promote music appreciation and enrichment.
HSLBA presents music programs for all students in CCISD elementary schools.
Membership is open to anyone who wants to enjoy, support or promote the music of the Houston Symphony. Guests are always welcome.
